Yellowstone Kelly's Catering collects information through our Web site such as mailing address, phone numbers, and email addresses.

We may also collect information which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift purchases. Yellowstone Kelly's Catering does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect this information through order forms, email lists, and so on.  The information is collected voluntarily. To receive our quotes or information, contact information is mandatory.  Other information we request is optional. 

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by Yellowstone Kelly's Catering will be used for filling orders and providing information about upcoming promotions and deals.  Users who provide information will receive order confirmations, promotional emails, and so on.  Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.
